This Shipment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the free merchandise orders are shipped, when you claim a free merchandise on our website, i.e. https://www.ares-corporation.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, No Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy statement.
All free merchandises are shipped from our location in United Arab Emirates (UAE), and depending on your country of residence, you may be subject to a duty and/or custom fee that you’d have to pay directly to the concerned authorities in order to collect your free merchandise. If any such custom fee is applicable, you shall solely be responsible to bear such fee in order to receive your item. All responsibility with respect to checking the relevant rules for this shall remain yours.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status. Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the period communicated to you in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@ares-corporation.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Whenever you place an order with us, it is our third-party delivery service providers (hereinafter referred to as our “Delivery Partner”) who ships and delivers the products to your doorsteps in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. The third-party logistics that we presently use are UPS and DHL. For this purpose, we also share certain personally identifiable information (PII) of yours with our Delivery Partner in order to fulfill your order.
